Cooling principle

1. Ventilation and cooling: Due to the heat sources such as buildings, machinery and equipment, and the human body, the temperature of the place requiring ventilation is higher than that of the outdoors. The negative pressure fan can quickly discharge the indoor hot air, so that the room temperature is equal to the outside temperature, and the temperature in the workshop will not rise.

2. The air flow takes away the body heat, and the air flow accelerates the evaporation of sweat and absorbs the body heat, so that the body feels cool, as cool as the natural wind.

3. The negative pressure fan only has the function of ventilation and cooling, and has no cooling function. Coolness is the feeling of the human body.It is ignorant to say how much temperature the negative pressure fan can reduce.

4. Used in conjunction with the water curtain, the temperature in the workshop can be controlled within 28 degrees Celsius in the hottest time of summer.
 

Features of different fan blades

Aluminum alloy fan blades: high hardness, not easy to deform, more durable; light weight, large air volume, high temperature resistance, high mechanical strength, optional angle.

FRP FRP fan blades: light weight, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance; good electrical properties, excellent insulation properties, and good thermal properties.

Enhanced PA66 nylon fan blade: lightweight, high strength, wear resistance, high temperature resistance; has certain flame retardancy, strong aerodynamic matching ability, small aerodynamic loss, large air volume, and high efficiency. Higher efficiency and a substantial increase in wind speed can be achieved without changing the diameter of the main fan blades.
